Our restaurant for our hotel guests. The architecture from the good
old days combined with modern concepts, featuring a tasteful and
very comfortable atmosphere and new menus every day. We’ll
surprise you with aperitif-cocktails, evening menus, buffets and
thematic evenings. Indulge yourself with our culinary specialties.
Wine samples and cocktail courses are an added highlight for your

Reggae & Soul - the Bar
The hotel hangout. Easygoing atmosphere, the latest ‘in’
drinks, music and good company. Chatting corners for those intense
discussions about everything and nothing. You can enjoy the people-watching
view of the pedestrian zone in our conservatory. Our pianist and
singer will entertain you with music and good cheer six days a week.
Il desco
THE new eatery in Saalbach. Our hotel’s new, young restaurant
showcases freshly made, Mediterranean-style pasta enhanced with
unusual ingredients and served with excellent Austrian and Italian
wines.
The Breakfast Buffet
A healthy breakfast is the very best way to start the day. This
includes hearty organic products from our “bio-corner”.
Choose from our wide variety: muesli, plain and fruit yogurt, fresh
fruit, fruit salad, whole-grain bread and rolls, toast, Semmeln
(Austrian white buns), various kinds of scones and biscuits, pastries,
homemade marmalades, honey, various kinds of cheeses, as well as
diverse hams and raw sausage meats. Our juice bar features freshly
pressed juices along with apple juice, multi-fruit juice, orange
juice, etc.
Après Ski Snack
During December and January, we’ll serve you an après
ski snack every day from 16:00 – 17:00 in the hotel lobby.
So you can fortify yourself with this treat when you return to the
hotel in the afternoon and warm up with a delicious Jagatee (black
tea with rum) or hot chocolate. |
